Does your approach work for Remote teams?

Yes! Whenever possible, we like to use a hybrid model, with some members in a physical "War Room" and others joining remotely, via a large display or video conference. We use digital whiteboards (e.g. iObeya, Miro, Mural) that replicate your physical Room. We can also connect your Virtual Obeya with Jira or other similar tools.

Will this add bureaucracy?

On the contrary! Effective Visualisation, combined with robust coordination (Operating Rhythm) enable people to process their existing work faster. We take into consideration your existing meeting cadence and content to get you started smoothly. As alignment and focused effort increase, you will witness a significant reduction in fire fighting, which will create capacity for Continuous Improvement and Coaching.

Can we start, even if we’re already mid‑quarter?

We follow a “light-touch” approach, which means that we can help “reboot” your delivery model with a small series of short sessions (2-3 hours each). Do we need OKRs first?

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are helpful, but not required. We’ll always connect our approach with the goal setting model you’re currently using.
